Weeding and Bird Feeding

I know Weeding and Bird Feeding is an unusual name for a website.  But it is pretty much what this site is about.

My name is Mickey and in a former life I used to be involved with birds and birding on a professional level.  Now that my lifestyle has changed, I miss this fellowship, stories and information that I was accustomed to sharing and receiving about birds, backyard wildlife and plants.

The conspicuous absence of talking about birds, plants and backyard critters, has prompted me to start this site. 

To get Weeding and Bird Feeding started, I am going to post information about these subjects as well as products I use and like.  It is my hope that the site will be come an interactive place for others like myself to share personal ideas, experiences and the like.
